(a)The ITA has determined a de minimis CV duty rate of 0.20% for Toscelik, therefore, no cash deposit will be required.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/05 - 12/31/05)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after May 2, 2007, to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Toscelik with a time of entry during the review period, without regard to CV duties, because a de minimis subsidy rate was calculated.
1A recent law (Public Law 109-280) has suspended the option that previously allowed importers to post bond for estimated antidumping or CV duties until the completion of a new shipper review (except for those involving goods of Canada or Mexico).
