AD: UK Stainless Steel Bar, China Certain Tissue Paper
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis rate of 0.15%
1The ITA preliminarily finds that Enpar is the successor-in-interest to Firth Rixson Special Steels Ltd., and that Enpar should receive the same AD duty treatment with respect to stainless steel bar.
2According to the ITA, the China-wide entity includes respondents China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Xiamen Corp. (China National), Putian City Hong Ye Paper Products Co., Ltd. (Hong Ye), Putian City Chengxiang Qu Li Feng (Chengxiang), Kepsco, Inc. (Kepsco), and Giftworld Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Giftworld).
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of March 30, 2007 for the United Kingdom, and within 120 days of April 9, 2007 for China.
