The ITA is amending the final results in order to correct a ministerial error in its calculation for one company, as follows:

AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or after 04/19/07:

CompanyAmended AD Rate
Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Since Hardware)(a) (from 0.51%)

(a) The ITA has determined an amended de minimis AD duty rate of 0.45%; therefore, ITA sources state that no cash deposit will be required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA states that it shall determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries based on these amended final results.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.

See ITT's Online Archives or 03/27/07 news, 07032735, for BP summary of the final results of this AD duty administrative review.)
