AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 04/11/07:
Company |
---|
(a) |
(b),(c),(d) |
(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis AD duty cash deposit rate of 0.00% for MS Galati, therefore, no cash deposit will be required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue;
(b) For merchandise exported by manufacturers or exporters not covered in this review but covered in a previous segment of this proceeding, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published in the prior segment of the proceeding in which that manufacturer or exporter participated;
(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review or in any previous segment of this proceeding but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be that established for the manufacturer of the merchandise in these final results of review or in the most recent segment of the proceeding in which that manufacturer participated; and
(d) If neither the exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm covered in this or any previous review conducted by the ITA, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the "all-others" rate, which is 17.84%.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (11/01/04 - 10/31/05)
The ITA states that it intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after April 11, 2007.
Additionally, the ITA states that it calculated an importer-specific duty assessment rate for the subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rate listed above (which is a weighted average).
The ITA adds that for entries of the subject merchandise during the review period produced by the company included in these final results of review for which the reviewed company did not know its merchandise was destined for the U.S., the ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate unreviewed entries at the "all-others" rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.
