Joseph Morrissey of Motorola Labs. Though CEA-CEB18 is voluntary, “adoption of consistent terminology and indicators by airline operators, hospitals and wireless device manufacturers is greatly encouraged, and would facilitate improved user understanding and management of growing electromagnetic interference issues in an increasingly noisy RF world,” Morrissey said.
