AD: Argentina and China Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00%

2The ITA has preliminarily determined that Wuhan Shino-Food Trade Co., Ltd. (Shino-Food), Jiangsu Kanghong Natural Healthfoods Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu), Cheng Du Wai Yuan Bee Products Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Waiyuan), and Kunshan Xin'an Trade Co., Ltd. (Kunshan Xin'an) do not qualify for a separate rate and are instead part of the China-wide entity.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 29, 2006 for Argentina and within 120 days of January 3, 2007 for China.
