ITC Updates its List of Current AD and CV Duty Orders

The International Trade Commission (ITC) has recently posted to its Web site an updated list of current antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty orders.

The ITC's updated list includes AD and CV duty orders in place as of February 4, 2004 (including suspended AD and CV duty orders), by country, and includes the following information for each of the AD and CV duty orders (partial list):

AD or CV duty order date

ITC case number

International Trade Administration (ITA) case number

Product description

Country

The ITC has also made available on its Web site the same list sorted by date of the AD or CV duty order, sorted by product group, and sorted by five-year sunset review sequence group.

ITC Updates List When AD/CV Duty Orders are Added, Revoked, Etc.

According to ITC sources, the list of AD and CV duty orders is updated when a new AD or CV duty order has been issued, an existing AD or CV duty order is revoked, etc.
