1 The changes in Thailand's AD cash deposit rates are a result of an amended final AD duty determination for subject merchandise from Thailand which was issued along with the AD duty order.
(ITA sources state that instructions for the above period of discontinuation of suspension of liquidation (January 13, 2004 through January 27, 2004) have not yet been issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
