Walter McCormick told us he expects legislation soon from Burns. Participants at the summit, which wasn’t open to the public, said the conversation stayed mostly on contribution methods. But McCormick said he emphasized that distribution of USF funds could be used to regulate competition as more entities are vying for USF funds.
