Baca (D-Cal.), Bachus (R-Ala.), Capito (R-W.Va.), Clyburn (D-S.C.), Cramer (D-Ala.) and Pickering (R-Miss.). House Commerce Committee Chmn. Tauzin (R-La.) has said he doesn’t support the bill either.
