CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that it previously issued a message announcing that the Implementation Guidelines for ACE Ocean and Rail Manifest (M1) are available on the CBP website. CBP notes that updated ACE ABI CATAIR chapters related to the ACE Ocean and Rail Manifest Deployment are also posted. CBP adds that these Implementation Guidelines are specifically for use with the future ACE.

Deployment had been scheduled to occur on February 14, 20101.
